Paige's jeans are made for heel-wearers - the "regular" length is 34", which is about 1 or 2 inches longer than many other brands. <BR/><BR/>In terms of your husband's inseam, I think guys' inseams are measured differently. A 31" inseam? On a "petite" jean? My 6' tall husband wears a 30" inseam.
